Pangur Irish Poitín is a 50-50 marriage of two iconic distilleries, one big, one tiny, just across a lough from each other. Having rested in an ex-bourbon cask for ten weeks, this Irish Poitín has a beautiful smokiness which gives it a flavor profile very similar to Mezcal. Perfectly enjoyed on its own, neat or over a rock, or in your favorite cocktail.
